A marathon is a long-distance running event which has become one of the most popular and challenging endurance events in the world.
The marathon starts from Tripureshwor Kathmandu - Patan - Bhaktapur- Thimi - and back to Tripureshwor Kathmandu. The route goes through all the three major heritage cities.
The start time for this years marathon is 6:00 am sharp.

1.Running Shoes: Make an investment in a pair of supportive, comfortable running sneakers. Before the marathon, be careful to break them in.

Awards Ceremony will be held immediately after the race at 10.30 AM Saturday, 14th October 2023 at Start Point
All Finishers of the Marathon, Half Marathon and Corporate Marathon will receive: finisher's certificate and finishers Medal. All Finishers of 5K Open, 5K School, 5K Masters, 3K wheel Chair, Corporate Marathon & Family Run will receive finisher's certificate.
Bib will be distributed 1 week before the race day. Location will be advice soon.
