T-shirt & Bib Collection:
Participants must collect their T-shirt and bib number between
8th and 9th October.
If a participant is unable to attend on these dates, they may authorize
another person to collect the items on their behalf. The representative
must present valid authorization or registration confirmation.
Bibs will not be distributed after 9th October under any circumstances.
Appeals Regarding Results:
Any participant wishing to submit an appeal regarding the official results
must complete the prescribed form and deposit
NPR 10,000 within
30 minutes of the announcement of the results.
The Jury Committee's decision shall be final.
If the appeal is upheld, the deposit will be refunded in full;
otherwise, it will be forfeited.
Runners may not transfer, sell, exchange, lend, or allow another person
to use their bib without prior approval from the organizers.
Violations may result in disqualification and forfeiture of results,
medals, certificates, and prizes.
Participants must follow the official race route and all instructions
provided by race officials and organizers. Any participant who deviates
from the designated route, takes shortcuts, misses checkpoints, or
otherwise fails to complete the official route will be disqualified
and will not be eligible for rankings, awards, prizes, or winner positions.
Participants must wear their official race bib clearly on the front of
their shirt throughout the entire race. If the bib is lost, not visible,
or improperly worn, the timing chip may not be detected and official
timing/results may not be recorded.
Runners and their guardians/ward agree to abide by all event rules and guidelines.
